Federico Laorga is a senior consultant and aviation systems leader with nearly four decades of experience designing, managing and commercializing ATM (air traffic management) solutions worldwide. Beginning as a software engineer in 1985, he progressed through systems engineering and project management to lead Indra’s ATM operations and business development across Eastern Europe, Central Asia, the Middle East, Africa and the Americas. He has managed high-profile programs (Moscow TMA bypass, New Delhi ACC, CENAMER ACC, Casablanca ACC) and developed deep expertise in finance, staffing and stakeholder engagement for ANSPs. Fluent in Spanish, English and Russian and conversant in French and German, he maintains a unique global network of ANSP directors and industry specialists.
