Senior🎓
Top SchoolFederico Paparoni is an IT Architecture Design Manager based in Rome with 11 years of focused experience designing and guiding enterprise IT architectures at Engineering Group, where he progressed from software engineer to solution architect and now leads architecture design. He blends deep hands-on development roots (Java, PHP, Linux/FreeBSD) and early open-source contributions—including two Google Summer of Code projects—to shape pragmatic, scalable solutions. A seasoned technical writer and co-founder of Javastaff, he has a long-standing habit of translating complex technical topics into clear guidance for developers and stakeholders. His background in computer networks and systems from Sapienza University underpins a systems-thinking approach to integration and telecom-related projects. Known for evolving with technology over two decades, he brings both institutional knowledge of Engineering Group and a curiosity for community-driven tooling. Colleagues value him for turning ambiguous requirements into concrete architectures that balance delivery speed with long-term maintainability.
