Summary
👤
Senior🎓
Top SchoolFelipe Caparelli is a Senior Software Developer with nearly two decades of experience delivering Java-based enterprise solutions and leading legacy migrations, system integrations, and cloud/on-prem architectures. He blends full-stack chops—Java, JavaScript, Kotlin, and React—with deep expertise in microservices, Kafka messaging, and Spring ecosystems to modernize financial, logistics, retail, and telecom platforms. Felipe has a track record of moving monoliths to Spring Boot and containerized deployments, improving security and observability with SonarQube, Veracode, Kibana and ELK, and driving CI/CD pipelines on Jenkins, Bitbucket and AWS. Comfortable both as a hands-on developer and technical lead, he introduced agile practices (XP, Kanban, Scrum) into teams that lacked them and often accelerates delivery while cutting technical debt. Based in Florida, he pairs creative UI/UX roots with strong backend systems thinking—an uncommon combination that helps him turn complex legacy constraints into elegant, user-focused solutions.
