Summary
👤
Senior🎓
Top SchoolFelix Andersson is an Android developer with a decade of hands-on experience modernizing legacy codebases and shipping mobile products for large Swedish clients. He has led major rewrites—replacing networking, storage and build systems, introducing Jetpack Compose and Gradle Kotlin DSL—while mentoring junior developers and improving developer tooling. Beyond Android, Felix has embedded-systems experience designing ESP32 firmware with CAN, MQTT/AWS IoT, GNSS tracking and novel cadence detection for e-bikes, showing full-stack curiosity from low-level firmware to app UX. He co-founded startups and has repeatedly driven technical ownership as sole or lead developer, balancing rapid delivery with long-term architectural improvements. Based in Solna, Sweden and trained at KTH, he’s a lifelong programmer who transitioned from ActionScript to Java/Kotlin and treats engineering as both craft and hobby. A practical problem-solver, he often surfaces developer-experience wins (CI/CD, build migrations, debug tooling) that accelerate teams beyond feature work.
