Senior🎓
Top SchoolFelix Harrison is a Technical Lead Manager based in London with nine years of hands-on experience building and shipping full-stack and mobile products, primarily using React Native and Ruby on Rails. He currently manages and mentors small engineering teams at Cleo while continuing to lead product initiatives that improve users’ financial health, such as high-yield savings and debt-reduction tools. Known for jumping into code when needed, Felix blends pragmatic engineering—migrations like Redux to TanStack Query and rapid MVP launches—with empathetic people leadership and a focus on measurable user outcomes. He has a track record of accelerating delivery through better DX, testing and release practices, and a background that spans everything from fintech to real-time event apps. Unusually, his career began outside tech in hospitality and teaching, which he leverages to create collaborative, customer-focused teams.
