Top SchoolFeng Bai is a veteran AI and data science executive who blends deep statistical training (PhD in Statistics) with 15+ years of hands-on engineering across finance and large-scale ML platforms. Currently SVP of Applied AI and Data Science at PRA Group after leading front-office GenAI initiatives at Wells Fargo, he specializes in turning AI hype into measurable business impact—especially in financial services risk, decisioning, and operational optimization. Technically fluent in Python, C/C++, Kubernetes, Spark, GPU-backed ML, and production ML frameworks (GLM, GBM, RF, Keras), he has a track record of scaling models from single digits to triple-digit production deployments. Known for bridging pre-sales strategy and post-sales implementation, Feng pairs solution architecture with real code delivery and pragmatic ROI focus. An early adopter of GPU-accelerated databases and GenAI/RAG/AI agents, he uniquely combines academic rigor with executional discipline to embed AI as a business enabler.
