Top SchoolFernando Cueto is a Senior Fullstack Developer with 10+ years building scalable web platforms and shipping AI-native products from Berlin. He specializes in integrating LLMs as core system components—especially RAG pipelines, prompt orchestration, and evaluation-driven iteration—while working across PHP, Node.js, React, and Python. His recent roles include driving AI systems at NeatStack and delivering measurable business impact like a +12% conversion uplift on a 50k+ user e-commerce platform. Comfortable in high-ownership, ambiguous environments, he accelerates prototyping by using AI as a force multiplier to focus engineering time on high-leverage problems. Bilingual in English and Spanish with conversational German, he prefers early-stage, product-driven teams where engineering choices shape company direction. Off the clock he balances entrepreneurship and family life as a freelancer, father of two, and husband.
