Top SchoolFernando Martins is a tech leader and entrepreneur with 10+ years building high-performance web platforms, products and teams from Porto Alegre, Brazil. He founded xprog to deliver large-scale media and retail systems, driving data consolidation, AI-based features and a performance-first design system used for news sites. As technical co-founder of Machina Sports he led the design of a microservices, Kubernetes-backed platform that stitches real-time sports data with fine-tuned LLMs and vector search for AI sports agents. His background spans Java/J2EE, modern JavaScript stacks, cloud-native patterns and hands-on delivery for clients with millions of monthly users across media and telecom. Skilled at bridging newsroom/editorial needs and engineering execution, he blends product intuition with deep technical craft. Colleagues would note his appetite for pragmatic system design and turning messy, cross-system data into actionable, performant solutions.
