Top SchoolFigaro Cao is a pragmatic web developer and technical leader based in Shanghai with nearly two decades of IT experience and eight years focused on delivering web and cloud solutions. At BASF he led end-to-end projects—requirements, security, DevOps and operations—delivering 20+ initiatives including multi-million-yuan programs that produced recurring cost savings and won regional awards. He combines hands-on skills in Azure (ADF, Databricks, Power BI, Terraform), PHP/Drupal, Docker and ClickHouse with deep legacy expertise in Lotus Notes and VBA automation, enabling fast, high-impact fixes like a three-day waybill tool. Figaro excels at translating business needs into secure, maintainable systems and is noted for replacing costly platforms (Concur, Hadoop) with leaner alternatives that saved millions annually. He brings a rare blend of operations discipline and development craftsmanship, often stepping into DevOps and IaC roles to ensure projects move from prototype to production smoothly.
