Top SchoolFisher Xiang is a Staff Data & Infrastructure Engineer based in Shenzhen with nearly a decade of hands-on experience designing high-performance, cost-efficient data platforms for gaming and consumer products. At Tencent Games he architects lakehouse and real-time systems (Flink, Spark, Kafka, Iceberg, StarRocks) that deliver second-level low-latency pipelines and 99.99% consistency guarantees, while institutionalizing frameworks that halved development cycles. He combines deep Flink internals expertise—including custom connectors, state management, and exactly-once semantics—with practical skills in ETL optimization, data modeling, schema evolution and data security (PII, PCI/GDPR/CCPA). Previously at OPPO and MIA he drove large-scale streaming and batch migrations that cut dashboard latency from hours to minutes and materially improved product metrics. Known for cross-functional leadership, automated reconciliation and AI-agent data architectures, he blends systems-level thinking with developer-centric abstractions to accelerate delivery.
