Top SchoolFlint Gatrell is a seasoned software professional with 13+ years at AccuFund, where he progressed from support technician and software programmer to Manager of Online Services, now overseeing online product and customer-facing operations. He combines deep product knowledge with hands-on development and a customer-first mindset, repeatedly improving support and software for nonprofit and public-sector accounting customers. Based in Castle Rock, Colorado, Flint is comfortable bridging technical and operational work—evidenced by years of on-call, CDL-driven roles in airport and municipal snow operations that speak to reliability and logistics experience outside the typical engineering track. His long tenure at a single product family gives him rare institutional memory that accelerates troubleshooting, feature planning, and customer trust. Flint focuses on maintaining and growing positive company perception through strong support practices and pragmatic product enhancements.
