Top SchoolFlorian Aucomte is a senior software engineer with nine years' experience building and scaling educational technology at Ocado Technology, where he leads the transformation of Code for Life from a monolith to microservices on GCP. A full‑stack and DevOps practitioner, he ships Django and React.js features while designing Kubernetes, Terraform and Agones-based infrastructure to improve performance and security for games like Rapid Router and Kurono. He combines hands-on coding with technical stewardship—authoring the project’s technical, security and data strategies and owning GDPR/SOC‑2 compliance for third‑party tooling. Florian is passionate about making programming fun and accessible in schools, routinely collaborating with educators and designers to translate pedagogy into playable learning experiences.
