Top SchoolFlorian Laforest is a DevOps Tech Lead with 14 years of experience designing and delivering full-stack, test-first software for large French enterprises like SNCF Connect, Canal+, and Malakoff Médéric. He specializes in Java (8–11), Kotlin, Angular (4–6) with Redux patterns, and cloud-native microservices underpinned by Clean/Hexagonal Architecture and DDD. A strong advocate of BDD and TDD, he consistently raises code quality through mutation testing, Sonar, and strict coverage targets, often achieving very high mutation and line coverage. He combines hands-on engineering with technical leadership—setting up CI/CD, Dockerized deployments and quality tooling while coaching teams on SOLID, CQRS and clean coding practices. Notably, he has repeatedly delivered projects from scratch and embedded rigorous behavioral specs (Gherkin/Cucumber) to align implementations with customer intent.
