Senior🎓
Top SchoolFlorian Odronitz is a CTO and co-founder based in Berlin with 14 years of engineering and leadership experience spanning startups, games, and research-driven organizations. He has led backend and platform engineering at Wooga through roles from Software Engineer to Principal Engineer and now steers product and technical strategy at Soba Studios. Florian combines academic rigor—a summa cum laude doctorate in bioinformatics/genomics—with hands-on startup building (twofloats, freelance work) to bridge complex technical problems and product outcomes. He is comfortable shipping scalable back-end systems for game and consumer products while also founding and mentoring early-stage engineering teams. Although primarily focused on software and architecture, his background in computational biology gives him a distinctive data-oriented approach to engineering decisions. His public GitHub presence reflects a practical, maker mindset for tooling and reproducible engineering.
