Senior🎓
Top SchoolFran Cerezo is a Staff Software Engineer with a decade of experience building resilient, data-driven systems across IoT, logistics, and ML domains. He has led multidisciplinary teams to retrofit and scale hardware-software gateways (3,000+ installs) and built cloud-native pipelines and optimization engines that improved delivery timeliness and operational efficiency. Equally comfortable in Python, Go, and embedded platforms, Fran blends machine learning instincts with pragmatic engineering—applying CNNs for production image moderation and clustering/constraint algorithms to route optimization. He founded an open-source content-aggregator project that showcases his interest in AI-driven search and curation, and he favors measurable outcomes (OKRs, KPIs) to guide improvements. Based in Valencia, he’s known for tackling legacy systems with little documentation, instituting CI and automated tests, and keeping teams productive and positive under pressure.
