Top SchoolFrancesco Rizzi is a Senior Software Engineer based in Zurich with nearly a decade of front-end experience building modern web applications for finance and cloud education platforms. He has led major rewrites and product launches—migrating legacy KnockoutJS/jQuery systems to Next.js/React and delivering Vontobel’s B2C derivatives platform—while working in cross-border Agile teams with strong CI/CD and testing practices. Currently contributing to the Governance layer of the Internet Computer protocol at DFINITY, he brings domain experience in secure, high-stakes financial and blockchain systems. Comfortable wearing both engineer and informal design lead hats, he often bridges product, design and engineering when dedicated design resources are absent. Known for pragmatic migrations and stakeholder-driven solutions, he combines hands-on coding with a knack for modernizing long-lived codebases.
