Rockstar🎓
Top SchoolFrancis Bourgouin is a Montreal-based full stack developer and consultant with 11 years of hands-on experience building web solutions across WordPress, Shopify, Rails, React/TypeScript, Node and Flask. He combines long-term freelance practice with institutional roles—teaching and mentoring full stack cohorts and shaping curriculum at Lighthouse Labs and colleges—bringing both practical delivery and pedagogy to projects. At Desjardins he now applies that broad stack knowledge inside a larger enterprise while continuing to run his own consulting and development services. Beyond coding, he offers networking, hardware troubleshooting and data recovery expertise, a mix that helps him bridge developer, ops and end-user concerns. Known for crafting UI/UX-driven front ends and pragmatic back-end integrations, he’s comfortable moving between education, indie consulting and corporate engineering.
