Top SchoolFrancis Spor is a senior software engineer with 11 years of professional experience building and leading teams that deliver production-grade web and game services. He has driven large-scale youth sports registration platforms, payment systems, and AAA live-service game infrastructure using technologies from C# and Golang to TypeScript and cloud-native containers. Francis blends hands-on coding, architecture, and people leadership—designing mentorship-first team structures and evaluation frameworks while shipping resilient distributed systems. He’s comfortable moving between legacy migrations (ASP.NET to .NET Core), cloud deployments (ECS, Azure, gRPC), and startup product-building, and often pairs technical work with direct customer support to close the feedback loop. Based in upstate New York, he favors practical problem solving and continuous learning, with a track record of extending system lifetimes and scaling developer effectiveness.
