Senior🎓
Top SchoolFranck Dakia is a senior software engineer and tech founder with 11+ years building resilient fintech and mobility platforms across West Africa, currently leading Papac & Co where he trains developers and delivers client-grade apps and architecture. He created the Bow PHP framework to help beginners collaborate on substantial projects, and blends hands-on backend engineering with DevOps and cloud expertise (AWS). Franck has repeatedly led teams as Tech Lead/CTO across payment orchestration, wallet systems, and real-time transaction flows, with a focus on security, scalability and reducing time-to-pay. His experience spans microservices, event-driven architectures, payment gateway integrations and data engineering, applied to products like NovaSend, GoCab and Djamo. He pairs pragmatic system design with a maker mindset—publishing tools and content (YouTube) to grow the local developer ecosystem. Based in Abidjan, he brings a rare combination of product impact, teaching, and open-source stewardship that accelerates teams from prototype to production.
