Top SchoolFranco Colmenarez is a software developer with eight years of experience building maintainable, scalable applications from Quito, Ecuador. He has a polyglot background—PHP, JavaScript, Python, Go, and Rust—and applies clean architecture principles to migrate and modernize systems, most recently moving payment and insurance modules into microservices. Franco has delivered end-to-end solutions for SMBs, including web management systems and a Flutter mobile app with GPS, camera, and Bluetooth receipt printing, and now works on finance-focused backend services using Postgres and DynamoDB. Comfortable across frontend, backend, and mobile stacks, he combines practical product empathy with a knack for pragmatic refactors that reduce technical debt. Quiet about public exposure (his GitHub notes simply “I like computers”), he nonetheless demonstrates sustained delivery across diverse tech stacks in production environments.
