Top SchoolFrank Feng is a network automation expert with over 6 years of focused industry experience and a two-decade engineering trajectory spanning Huawei, ZTE, CertusNet, and Ruijie Networks. He specializes in network management protocols and interfaces—CLI, SNMP, NETCONF/YANG, TR-069—and has led SDN research and architecture work for next-generation routing management systems. Equally fluent in software design and implementation, he has delivered key features like NETCONF integrations, web GUIs, performance management and NMS–NE data synchronization using C, Java and database technologies. Frank combines deep product and requirement management skills with hands-on project leadership, applying IPD-CMM and agile practices to ship reliable, highly available systems (ISSU, NSR). He is an active participant in IETF working groups (NETCONF, NETMOD, I2RS), bringing standards-level insight to product evolution. Based in Nanjing, he blends systems-level architecture thinking with practical automation delivery, often bridging research and productization.
