Top SchoolFred Chen is an experienced technology leader and CTO based in Hong Kong with 12 years in tech and a broader two-decade career spanning engineering, product and supply-chain roles. He has led product and engineering teams at KargoCard (rising from VP of Product to CTO) and driven large-scale SaaS, IoT and retail CEM initiatives across Alibaba.com, plus entrepreneurial work building K12 e-learning platforms and digital content supply chains. Fred combines hands-on systems and cloud expertise with product strategy, having shipped commerce, payments and logistics solutions for high-traffic retail networks and supported national teaching-collaboration projects.
