A Flatiron School full-stack grad, he combines full-stack web skills—APEX, Lightning Components, APIs, data visualization—and product-minded custom development to translate client workflows into reusable platform features. He progressed from product specialist and junior developer to leading the custom development team, focusing on reducing repetition by surfacing implementation learnings back into the core product. Raised in a mountain town and active as a snowboard coach and sponsored athlete, Fred brings a practical, user-focused perspective and strong collaboration skills forged in both outdoor teams and cross-functional product work. He balances production engineering with continuous learning, building personal projects to explore new UI and automation patterns.
