Frederik Grimm is a Business Informatics student and full-stack practitioner based in Hamburg with two years of hands-on experience building end-to-end web suites and UX-led products. Through an Erasmus+-funded internship in Dublin he conceived and implemented "SilverStack" (NextJS, tRPC, Prisma, PostgreSQL, WebAuthN) powering analytics, CRM, HR and content tooling, blending product thinking with engineering. He graduated top of his class in dual vocational training for business and information processing, and pairs that commercial fluency with project leadership across IT, sales and recruitment. Frederik is motivated by using technology for measurable economic and social impact and brings a strong sense of responsibility and independent ownership to every project. Notably, he combines formal studies in business-computer science and construction engineering, giving him interdisciplinary perspective on systems and processes.
