Senior🎓
Top SchoolFredrik Rönnlund is a product-focused growth and marketing executive with 11 years of experience scaling SaaS and MarTech businesses, currently serving as CMO of Vaadin and chairing boards at Volumental and Refined. He has founded and exited multiple companies—including DigitalBooker (acquired by Visma) and Leadoo (exited to SALESmanago)—and combines operator experience (CEO/COO/CFO) with active board and investor roles across enterprise SaaS, MLOps and retail tech. Fredrik blends technical credentials (dual MSc degrees in Computer Science and Economics) with hands-on growth skills honed at Valohai, Vaadin and numerous startups, making him fluent at aligning product, sales and marketing to scale revenue. He brings international perspective from living in California and Japan, speaks several languages, and is equally comfortable debating GTM strategies or diving into code in Java/Python/JS. Outside work he pursues endurance sports, tinkers with engines and is learning guitar—small signs of a systems thinker who values iterative improvement and curiosity.
