Summary
👤
Senior🎓
Top SchoolGabor Szokoli is a seasoned software designer with roughly eight years of professional experience and a long history in telco, VoIP, and systems engineering spanning startups and larger firms. Currently at Solace and active with Mojatatu Networks, he brings practical product focus—favoring less but better code—and a track record of roles from hands-on development to management and project rescue. He pairs deep telecom and systems knowledge (C++, Java, SDN/softswitch experience) with a pragmatic customer-first mindset honed across international deployments and high-stakes projects. Having started in research and progressed through leadership in multiple startups, he’s comfortable switching hats between engineering, integration, and support. Outside work he recently restarted his career in Canada and restores perspective through community activities like contra dancing, which he credits with renewing his faith in people.
