Gowri N is a graduate student in Computer Science at the University of Texas at Dallas with roughly a decade of hands-on programming experience across Python, Java, C++, C, HTML and growing expertise in full-stack development and Rust. She blends academic research and applied engineering—having contributed to mathematical and machine learning models, presented work on phononic crystals, and interned with NASA through the SEES program. As a Break Through Tech AI/ML Fellow and AI Studio participant at Axle, she built LLM-driven bioinformatics pipeline generation tools, demonstrating an ability to combine ML, LLMs, and practical pipeline automation. In campus roles she supports computing labs and grades introductory C++ courses, sharpening communication and mentoring skills while completing Oracle training. Ambitious about a future PhD and a career in the space industry, she pairs technical depth with interdisciplinary curiosity spanning physics, aerospace, art, and music. Outside of research she pursues digital/traditional art, video projects, game and website creation, and violin performance, reflecting a creative approach to problem solving.
