Hideyuki Sera is an optical and EUV lightsource R&D engineer with 11 years’ experience combining academic rigor and industrial innovation. With an MS in Physics from Keio and ongoing doctoral work in Quantum Science and Engineering at Hokkaido University, he has led laser module development for EUV sources and designed interferometric and holographic microscopy systems at Ushio.
