Top SchoolIda Darma is a Backend Engineer with 8 years of experience building and modernizing distributed systems, currently based in Denpasar, Bali. She has led complex migrations and real-time synchronization projects—moving millions of records from MySQL to sharded MongoDB clusters with zero downtime—and refactored monolithic B2C backends into microservices and serverless architectures using Java Spring Boot and AWS. Her work spans payment gateway integrations, notification and email systems, video compression pipelines using FFmpeg, and recommendation features leveraging MongoDB Atlas Search, all aimed at improving performance and reliability at scale. Comfortable across the full stack, she also has hands-on experience with Node.js, Laravel/GraphQL, and frontend integrations, and brings a practical knack for operational resilience (queued processing, SNS/SQS). Ida pairs technical depth with product-minded engineering and a history of delivering stable, user-facing systems under real-world load.
