Summary
👤
SeniorIgnacy Sokołowski is a Senior/Principal software engineer with 14–15 years of experience building full‑lifecycle web applications, automation, and analytics across startups and scaleups in Berlin. He champions Extreme Programming values and incremental delivery, preferring small validated steps, close collaboration with customers, and teams that are autonomous and safe to experiment. Technically versatile, he has delivered front-end, back-end, deployment automation, and both low‑ and high‑level test automation, while also contributing to product management and agile mentorship. His recent roles span Personio, Spark Networks, and Bettermile, reflecting a track record of improving delivery practices in diverse product contexts. Notably, he pairs hands‑on coding with a strong focus on learning from user feedback—treating shipping as the start of the next iteration rather than the finish.
