Top SchoolIgor Abade is a DevOps specialist and Microsoft Regional Director based in São Paulo with 11+ years building cloud and developer-tooling practices. He founded CloudMotion in 2019 to consult and train teams on Azure DevOps, GitHub and cloud-native workflows after leadership roles as CTO and partner at Lambda3. A frequent speaker at major conferences (Microsoft Ignite, QCon, DevOps Summit Brasil) and former Microsoft Developer Tools specialist, he combines public-facing advocacy with hands-on systems architecture. His background spans enterprise consulting, software architecture and training, giving him a practical bent for operationalizing CI/CD and cloud migrations. Unusually, he pairs community thought leadership and published articles with running a boutique consultancy that focuses on bringing proven DevOps practices into production.
