Summary

Senior🎓
Top SchoolIgor Crispim is a Senior Frontend Software Engineer with eight years of experience building high-performance web and cross-platform applications using React, Next.js and React Native. He has a proven track record improving user flows and metrics—most notably tripling signup conversion and dramatically raising profile completion at Invitae—and led a sports app project that reused over 90% of its codebase across iOS, Android and web. Igor combines performance-first frontend engineering (70% CSS reduction and 20-point Lighthouse gains at Lets.events) with pragmatic platform migrations, including Auth0 adoption to enable MFA and SSO. Based in Paraíba, Brazil, he pairs strong academic foundations in computer science with hands-on delivery across startups and mid-size companies, often introducing developer tooling and CI best practices. Colleagues describe him as a pragmatic optimizer who focuses on measurable UX and performance improvements rather than flashy tech for its own sake.
