Top SchoolIgor Goltsov is a serial founder and CEO with 11+ years of leadership across robotics, maker communities, virtual services and online platforms based in Kharkiv. He currently leads Robotec.UA, MakerSpace Kharkiv and VirtualPulse.EU while running several long-standing ventures dating back to early WebMoney and Softportal roles, blending product strategy with operational execution. His background in business administration and decades of entrepreneurial experience give him a practical knack for turning technical ideas into sustainable organizations. Igor often operates at the intersection of hardware, community-driven innovation and online marketplaces, cultivating ecosystems rather than single products. Colleagues describe him as a strategic builder who scales teams and partnerships across Eastern Europe. Less obvious: he maintains parallel ventures and partnerships that span both local maker infrastructure and international online services, signaling a deliberate bet on bridging physical maker culture with digital business models.
