Senior🎓
Top SchoolIgor Halfeld is a Senior Software Engineer based in São Paulo with 11 years building scalable, pragmatic end-to-end solutions across frontend, backend and cloud environments. He blends hands-on engineering (Golang, React, Flutter, serverless AWS/GCP) with people leadership, having moved between tech lead and engineering manager roles and mentoring teams of 30–40. As a founder of Lucky Hackers Academy and co-founder of EXT. Contabilidade Online, he pairs entrepreneurial instincts with product-focused engineering. His track record includes architecting scalable platform rewrites, introducing regression testing and layering architectures, and shipping performance improvements for mobile apps. Igor favors minimal, maintainable designs—only building what’s needed to evolve the product—and often returns to code to solve thorny problems himself. An experienced polyglot and educator, he brings both deep technical breadth and a knack for developing teams.
