Top SchoolIgor Oliveira is a co-founder and digital solutions specialist with 11 years of experience building and maintaining technology products that solve real customer problems. Based in Ceará, Brazil, he leads Nucleus, where he blends hands-on backend development in Node.js and PHP with strategic product thinking to help organizations digitize and scale. His background spans research in software aging at Illinois Institute of Technology and practical IT support roles, giving him a rare mix of academic rigor and operational empathy. Comfortable moving between code, systems, and client-facing product work, he treats technology as a democratic, value-generating tool rather than an end in itself.
