Senior🎓
Top SchoolIgor Vilela is a Senior Software Engineer from Minas Gerais, Brazil with nine years focused on mobile development and a strong specialty in Android and Kotlin Multiplatform. He has driven platform-level architecture and cross‑app reuse—leading the KMP reconstruction of Stone’s Home using Server‑Driven UI and BFFs to improve performance and scalability for over a million users. Igor has deep experience in regulated fintech contexts (SumUp, Banco Inter), decoupling local business rules and shaping mobile–backend integrations, CI pipelines, and observability. He mentors teams, raises testing culture (e.g., driving coverage from ~10% to 90% in healthcare projects) and builds reusable SDKs and navigation platforms adopted across products. Comfortable across native and multi‑platform stacks, he combines hands‑on implementation with technical leadership to deliver testable, maintainable systems. Outside the obvious, he often bridges product and platform by designing deeplink navigation and experimentation modules that reduce cross‑platform development effort.
