👤
SeniorIlia Mogilevsky is an engineering manager with over a decade of commercial software experience, combining hands-on architecture and coding with people leadership across e-commerce, payroll, and agency domains. He has led large refactors and integrations—ATO Single Touch Payroll, enterprise e‑commerce platforms—and stabilised legacy monoliths while driving CI/CD and test automation practices. A pragmatic proponent of Agile, Ilia balances delivery velocity with maintainability, mentoring engineers from junior to senior to improve morale and retention. Having held senior roles at SmartBear, Astute Payroll and major Australian brands, he brings rare cross-industry perspective and a knack for turning complex specifications into practical, shippable solutions.
