Senior🎓
Top SchoolIlia Nikitin is a seasoned project leader and co-founder with over 17 years of experience translating creative beginnings in 3D art into high-performing product and process management across mobile games, archviz, and B2B. He has repeatedly reorganized teams and pipelines—from indie studios that achieved millions of organic downloads to enterprise projects that launched globally—making delivery predictable, budgets controllable, and stakeholder expectations aligned. Known for scaling organizational models (designing a mini-team scheme tested to manage dozens into the hundreds) and for improving team KPIs through targeted mentoring, he blends technical empathy with operational rigor. Ilia’s background as a technical artist gives him a rare cross-disciplinary lens to assess creative and technical trade-offs, and he pairs that with hands-on tooling experience (C#, pipeline and shader work). Now based in Limassol and co-leading Light Hour Games, he continues to bridge product depth and process clarity while exploring programming languages theory and computational linguistics as a curious practitioner.
