Top SchoolIlian Ganchosov is an R&D team lead and senior .NET engineer with nine years of experience building high-performance, scalable distributed systems for betting and sports data platforms. Based in Sofia, he leads a Feed Aggregation team at EGT Digital, driving architectural redesigns, performance optimization, and production-grade observability across Kafka, Kubernetes, Redis, PostgreSQL, Kibana and Grafana. He has a proven track record at DraftKings/SBTech migrating monoliths to microservices, moving services from VMs to K8s, and enabling new datacenter deployments while improving latency and resource efficiency.
