Top SchoolIlya Pimenov is a hands-on Co-Founder & CTO and engineering leader with 15 years of experience building scalable backend systems and leading cross-functional teams from Amsterdam. He blends deep technical work in Go, Kotlin, Java and distributed systems with practical product leadership—driving migrations, high‑throughput pipelines and low‑latency authorization PoCs at companies like eBay and Miro. As a founder at homii he applies that expertise to energy and heat-usage analytics for social housing, combining impact-driven engineering with product metrics. Ilya mentors engineers daily, formalized Staff+ onboarding at Miro, and consistently balances management, strategic system design and individual contribution.
