Top SchoolImre Kelényi is a Staff Engineer with 15 years of mobile engineering experience, building apps from Symbian and Windows Phone to modern iOS and large-scale CI systems. He specializes in product-scale mobile development—shipping features used by millions—and has led cross-functional efforts like global navigation and remote configuration at Skyscanner. At Bitrise he helps evolve the mobile-focused CI platform, blending deep platform knowledge with DevOps pragmatism demonstrated by cutting validation times from 100+ to p95=19 minutes. A former iOS technical lead and co-founder, he has hands-on experience delivering banking and enterprise mobile solutions while mentoring teams and interns. He pairs academic rigor (PhD, summa cum laude) and years of lecturing with practical research work in mobile P2P protocols from his Nokia days. Colleagues describe him as an engineer who enjoys building delightful developer experiences—sometimes while chasing a cat named Purr Request.
