Summary
👤
SeniorIngi Kim is a serial founder and CEO based in Seoul with 11 years of experience building education, creator-economy, and web3 ventures, currently leading Rocketpunch and Narrative while heading Code States and States DAO. He dropped out of college at 23 and turned that unconventional start into a pattern of launching mission-driven companies that span human capital investment, creator monetization, and decentralized communities. Technically grounded with studies at Hack Reactor and Udacity, he blends product-first engineering sensibilities with operator-level leadership. His early e-commerce and marketing roots inform a pragmatic approach to growth and user experience, evidenced by measurable conversion improvements in past roles. Comfortable shifting between hands-on product work and strategic fundraising/partnerships, he scales teams and platforms in fast-changing markets. Known for turning cultural and technical curiosity into repeatable startups, he seeks opportunities where creators, learners, and builders converge.
