Summary
👤
SeniorIsaac Anastasoff is a results-driven Business Development Representative with eight years of cross-sector experience spanning tech startups, municipal government, and nonprofit partnerships. A UC Riverside graduate based in Virginia, he blends data-informed sales tactics with product-minded engineering exposure—most notably building "Insight Intel," a GPT-powered tool to analyze datasets and generate targeted outreach. Isaac has a track record of turning research into impact, from securing a $1M urban forestry grant and digitizing a decade of municipal data to A/B testing cold-call strategies that improved conversion rates under high-volume quotas. Comfortable collaborating across engineering, legal, and marketing teams, he leverages qualitative and quantitative analysis to create buyer personas and scale outreach efficiently. Early technical internships and hackathon work give him practical coding literacy and a knack for building MVPs that bridge technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
