Top SchoolIsabelle Wei is a solutions engineer with a decade of hands-on experience building integrations and product-focused engineering for payments and blockchain-adjacent projects. She has progressed from research and co-op roles into senior integrations and partner engineering positions, notably helping develop Celo’s mobile payments app and later shaping integrations at Scroll. Comfortable at the intersection of engineering and customer-facing solutions, Isabelle has led cross-functional efforts—from steering a 200+ participant hackathon and organizational rebranding to managing partner engineering relationships. Now at Rain, she combines technical delivery with strategic problem-solving to translate complex distributed systems into reliable product experiences. Her background in Engineering Science from the University of Toronto and early FPGA/analog research gives her a rare blend of systems-level understanding and product execution.
