Top SchoolIsaias Baez is a UI automation and software developer with 15 years of hands-on experience blending automation, web development, and small-business operations from the Dominican Republic. As founder of the-Automator, he designs pragmatic automation solutions—often using AutoHotkey, COM, Web APIs and Win32/DOM techniques—to streamline repetitive workflows and builds simple apps and video courses to teach others. Previously he ran Mundo Carteras where he led IT, built custom POS/CRM/fulfillment tools, and managed logistics and digital marketing, giving him a rare mix of technical depth and operational ownership. He also brings experience in tech support, interpretation, and intensive English training, which helps him communicate complex automation ideas to nontechnical stakeholders. Outside work he creates educational content, mentors newcomers, and enjoys guitar, travel and reading—qualities that inform his practical, user-focused approach.
