Senior🎓
Top SchoolIshan Chhabra is a pragmatic engineering leader and founder with eight years of experience building high-performance web and mobile platforms, currently heading engineering at BigBang.Social and founding Legalghar to build an AI OS for Indian law. He has a track record of solo-building hit products—Viralo and Gap Up—that reached millions of users and handled millions of real-time events daily, demonstrating deep expertise in scaling websockets, Kafka, Redis, and low-latency systems. Comfortable across the stack, he designs pixel-perfect UIs and efficient backends, shipping features like offline sync with WatermelonDB, diff engines that sync thousands of objects in milliseconds, and custom job systems processing up to 80,000 jobs/min. A WWDC scholarship recipient and stealthy GitHub contributor who describes himself as a "maestro of bits and bytes," Ishan blends product sense with obsessive performance tuning. Outside work he volunteers on campus tech initiatives and, privately, wishes for a dog he’s unlikely to get.
