Senior🎓
Top Schoolİsmail Kundakcı is a Principal Software Engineer with nine years of experience building high-traffic, cloud-native backend systems primarily on ASP.NET Core and microservices architectures. He has repeatedly delivered scalable e-commerce and real-time platforms—spanning food delivery, marketplaces, and cryptocurrency exchanges—while leveraging Azure, Docker, Kafka/Redis, and container orchestration to optimize performance and cost. Comfortable across the stack, he combines hands-on backend development with operational ownership: CI/CD, monitoring, background job processing and real-time messaging are recurring strengths. He has a track record of moving legacy sites to resilient microservices and implementing secure secret management and CDN strategies for global delivery. Based in Istanbul, he pairs practical engineering with security-aware practices (earlier work included penetration testing and cyber operations), which informs his pragmatic approach to reliability and observability. Colleagues rely on him for designing production-ready systems that balance speed, scalability and maintainability.
