👤
SeniorIsrael Freitas is a seasoned software analyst with 12 years of experience building web systems and automations for public and private sectors, currently serving as Analista de Negócios at the Vice-Governadoria do Estado do Ceará. He combines a research-driven mindset with hands-on development—having designed DSLs, metamodels for AIML tooling, and backend systems in Scala, Ruby (JRuby) and Java—to turn complex requirements into practical, testable solutions. Passionate about creating and improving products, he has led projects from conception through testing (notably Brain, AimlToXml and c-Traf) and values transparency, proactivity and team self-management. Based in Santana, Amapá, he brings a rare mix of AI/voice integration experience (Web Speech API) and operational domain insights such as legal-compliance analyzers for scheduling, making him effective at bridging technical design and real-world business needs.
