Top SchoolJ Bajawi is a seasoned development manager and systems architect with 11 years of hands-on experience building LAMP-based web applications and leading Drupal projects from Amman, Jordan. At Vardot he progressed from PHP developer to Lead Developer and now Development Manager, combining architecture, system analysis and team mentoring to deliver robust, client-facing websites and server migrations. He brings deep expertise in PHP, MySQL, Linux, Apache and front-end technologies, and a track record of improving software quality and operational stability. Known for mentoring junior engineers and coordinating closely with clients, he pairs pragmatic engineering with a focus on maintainable, scalable solutions. An applied software engineering graduate, he often bridges development and operations workstreams—an underappreciated strength that helps reduce delivery friction.
