His background spans category-defining roles at Purity Organic and Biena Foods, giving him a rare combination of hands-on operations know-how and go-to-market strategy. Known for turning accidental career beginnings into a portfolio of distinctive, lifestyle-focused beverages, he also runs a venture studio that incubates and commercializes new drink concepts for clients and internal brands. J pairs an accounting and business education from Northeastern with practical expertise in DTC and wholesale expansion, and he often designs brand experiences that prioritize community and narrative as much as flavor.
